CraftMVP provides MVP (Minimum Viable Product) development services for clients. Our services include but are not limited to software development, web application development, mobile application development, and consultation services related to these offerings.

3. Service Pricing

Prices for our services are set forth on our website and/or in your service agreement. All prices are subject to change without notice. Payment terms are outlined in your service agreement.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

Upon full payment for our services:

• You will own all rights to the final deliverables created specifically for you during the project.
• CraftMVP retains ownership of any pre-existing materials and technologies used to develop your project.
• CraftMVP retains the right to use and display your project in our portfolio and marketing materials, unless explicitly prohibited in writing.

5. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide timely feedback and approvals to maintain project timeline.
• Provide necessary access, content, and materials needed for project completion.
• Review and provide feedback on project milestones within agreed timeframes.
• Make payments according to the agreed payment schedule.

6. Limitation of Liability

CraftMVP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use or inability to use our services.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice if the other party fails to comply with any provision of these Terms. Upon termination, you must pay for all services provided up to the date of termination.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes. Your continued use of our services following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which CraftMVP is established, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
